Sarah has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Music Therapy from New York University. As a neuro-affirming advocate, therapist and educator, she creates meaningful connections with children and families through Música with Sarah, a program designed to foster kindness, bilingual learning, cultural appreciation and connection through music.

MÚSICA WITH SARAH!

A sensory-friendly bilingual music experience with lifelike puppets, colorful parachute and scarves, bubbles and more! Available for schools, libraries, therapy centers and community events.

 

MUSIC THERAPY & WORKSHOPS

Specializing in working with families navigating neurodivergence with compassion and expertise. Music therapy services are offered wherever the client’s needs can best be met, whether it’s at home, school or a therapy center. No musical background or training needed.

Neurodiversity-informed support and workshops are available for families and educators both in person and virtual.

 

CHILD-CENTERED CLASSROOM & LEARNING SUPPORT

Sarah provides hands-on, developmentally appropriate support for children in educational settings, including Montessori-inspired and play-based classrooms. Her approach focuses on sensory and emotional regulation, communication, independence and meaningful participation in daily learning experiences. She collaborates with families and educators to support each child’s individual needs while fostering confidence, connection and self-advocacy in the classroom environment.
